It was 2 weeks ago when Dairy Queen launched their first outside Luzon stores here in Cebu last November 6, 2018, in SM City Cebu and Robinsons Cybergate. Until now, I see a lot of people buying DQ products including the famous upside-down Blizzard, which the latest trend today in Metro Cebu. Anyways here are the top 5 reasons why Cebu loves Dairy Queen.
Cebuano loves Ice cream
I think everyone loves to eat ice cream. For Cebuanos, eating ice cream or something cold is always a big deal. One of the famous ice cream varieties in Cebu is the Sorbetes or Dirty Ice cream that can cost around Php 10.00 per small cup. When Dairy Queen arrives in Cebu, most of the people got curious and excited for the newest ice cream shop in Cebu. We can say that ice cream or dessert is life. That’s the only way we can beat the hot weather and city stress.

Dairy Queen brings their all-time favorite flavors of soft serve blends like the DQ Blizzard in a different range of flavors such as Oreo, Mango Cheese Cake, Chocolate Almonds, and many more. And also, they have the Blizzard of the Month, The Hershey’s Kisses Almond Blizzard, which the best selling Blizzard variant. All of their products are always best to their customers and to give a quality treat that deserves for everyone, and of course, the consistency of thickness of blizzard is very unique.

The Dairy Queen’s Blizzard is creamy. I can’t give any thoughts for their Blizzard because it’s very tasteful and creamy. It was exactly what I thought for their famous Blizzard. #ISuperLoveDQBlizzard

Aside from Blizzard, Dairy Queen also carries other signature soft serve products, namely DQ Sandwiches, Sundae, Dilly Bar and DQ Sundae Cone. They have cold delights like Frappes, Shakes, Banana Split and Ice Cream cakes that made of 100% soft serve ice cream. The signature products will excite the Cebuano’s taste buds. I am dreaming for the Ice Cream cake on my birthday.
Affordable
Dairy Queen soft serve ice cream products are affordable. You can enjoy the Blizzard for only P75 in regular size. You can check the other products in their stores.
They have upcoming other branches to open in Ayala Center Cebu. So stay tuned for the official opening day! The Dairy Queen is making a big step to open more stores in Visayas and Mindanao and it will bring more freezing smiles to all DQ fans.
